If you are outside of the UK or European Union you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. All orders will be shipped DAP (delivery at place), our courier may contact you for more information regarding your shipment. Should there be a delay or any issue with your delivery, please contact shop@guildesports.com for help in resolving the problem.

It is important to note that a small fee will incur and it is your responsibility to pay any applicable import duties and charges on delivery. Import duties are charged once the delivery reaches its destination country. Guild Esports Plc has no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the charge would be, as customs policies vary from country-to-country.

How to track my order?
Our shipping partner, Royal Mail offers you the flexibility to track your delivery while it’s on its way through using Royal mail tack-your-item. Whether you need to schedule a delivery for another day.
Once your order has left us and is with Royal Mail, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery.

How long until my order is dispatched?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. This time is subject to change due to the nature of heavy order volumes.

Returns Policy
We do not accept returns unless items have defects, or the item has been damaged.
If for any reason there is an issue with your purchase, please contact the info@guildesports.com and we will endeavour to solve it ASAP.

Do I have to pay to ship my item back?
Yes, you will need to pay for return costs of an unwanted item to our warehouse. However, if you are to receive a new replacement item, we will cover the costs of shipping this item to you.
Choice of shipping method for items sent to us is up to the sender. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that your package reaches our warehouse, therefore we advise you to use a tracked shipping method . We will confirm when the item has been received, and, once this item has been checked, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment for the total amount of the order.


Can I get an exchange?
No exchanges right now. Refund only.


How long will it take for me to get a refund?
