SAFEGUARDING

Guild Esports is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children, young people and adults at risk regardless of their gender, race, disability, sexual orientation, religion, belief or age.

By adhering to Guild’s policies, procedures and best practice, we enable children, young people and adults at risk to participate in any activity in an enjoyable, safe and inclusive environment. This equally applies to the safety and security of those working with and who are responsible for activities involving vulnerable individuals. Guild Esports is committed to creating a positive environment for all visitors, participants and staff.

Guild have comprehensive safeguarding policies and procedures in place and work closely with the local government to ensure the national standards for safeguarding are met and implemented throughout Guild Esports. This includes creating a safe environment through empowering child voice and by getting the right people involved through the process of safer recruitment, player training, staff training and promoting transparent processes to deal with any potential issues or concerns.
